摘要
考察了苯骈卟啉锰(Ⅲ)配合物催化氧化苯乙烯的活性.结果表明,所使用的四种苯骈卟啉锰(Ⅲ)在催化氧化反应中部表现出一定的催化活性,其中以带有吸电子基团的四嗅四苯骈卟啉锰(Ⅲ)(MnTBrTBPCl)的催化效果最好.本文还对外加轴向配体对催化体系活性的影响进行了较详细的讨论,并研究了催化剂浓度及还原利用量对模拟体系催化活性的影响.
Manganese benzolporphyrins were used as the catalysts to catalyze the oxidationof styrene by molecular oxygen in the presence of sodium tetrahydroborate, These new mod-el systems of cytochrome P-450, MnP-NaBH_4 show certain activities. Among the fourcatalysys we have studied, the activity of MnTBrTBPCl is the best.The active substance isMnP,NaBH-4 and O_2.The product is α-benzyl alcohol with a little amount of acetophenone.Different porphyrin ligands make different influences upon catalytic activity. The porphyrinligands with electro-withdrawing substitute increase the activity. Axial ligands also makedifferent influences. To the more stable manganese benzolporphyrins,pyridine, substitutedpyridine and aliphatic amine increase the activity because they are strong electron donors.The influences of the concentration of catalvst or reductant NaBH_4 are altso reported in thispaper.
