摘要 研究了激光加工中金属表面能量吸收特性与材料性质、激光波长,偏振以及表面状态等的关系。探讨了激光等离子体热力学特性。实验中,采用石墨或磷酸盐涂层显著提高了金属表面的能量吸收率。 An investigationwas made of the dependences of the characteristics of the energy absorbtion for metal surface on the properties of the target material,wavelength of the laser radiation,polarization and the surface state in laser processing,Laser plasma thermodynamics was discussed. The energy absorptivity of metal surface is considerably increased to abopt graphite coating or manganese phosphate coating in experiment.
