摘要
研制了一种微波等离子体增强辉光放电光源,通过对低合金钢、碳铜中的各种元素的检测,考察了其光谱分析性能和对实验参数的影响.
Microwave plasma was combined with glow dischrge to make a new and powerfulexcitation source. The structure of the new source and effects of some experimental parame-ters on the analytical performance were discussed in detail. The emission intensity and sig-nal-to-background ratios of some elements were also studied.Detection limits for some ele-ments in steel were also listed。
