摘要
本文首次应用贴片云纹干涉法、电阻应变仪法和有限元法研究焊接空心球节点,摸清了球面应力应变分布规律,得到了拉力、压力作用下的荷载位移全曲线。按主因素法回归出了受压球节点的承载力计算公式。根据受拉球节点的破坏机理,提出了受拉球节点的破坏模型,用冲剪法得到其承载力计算公式。此外,本文对大直径空心球提高承载力的措施也做了较详细的讨论。
In this paper, the welded hollow sphere joint was studied by moire interferometry,strain guage instrumentation and finite element method. In which the regularities of stress and strain distributions on sphere surface as well as the whole process of load-deformation (p) curves of the joint under tension and compression were obtained, The bearing capacity formula of the joint under compression was established by the regression method of the main factors. According to the collapse mechanism of the joint in tension, the collapse model was proposed, and the bearing capacity formula of the joint in tension was derived by the punching shear method. Some measures for improving the load-carrying capacity of hollow sphere joint with large diameter were also discussed.
