摘要
江西省有９０００余座水库工程，其中绝大部分是土石坝，不少水库存在防洪标准低，工程质量差等病险隐患，影响着大坝安全和工程效益的发挥，近十多年来，我省在摸清工程病险情况的前提下，明确责任，分步实施，逐座进行了治理．并且因地制宜，采用针对性的加固处理措施，引进推广应用了先进的经济合理响新技术、新材料，同时在工程实践中不断完善创新，取得了显著的效果，加速了我省土坝的除险加固，提高了工程经济效益．
There are no less than 9000 reservoirs in Jiangxi provinee,most ofwhich are built from earth and rocky dams.Many reservoir′s dams have somehidden perils,such as low-level flood control,bad project quality and so on,which affceted the safety and economic benefits of the project. In recent 10 moreyears,after find out the real situation of project hidden perils,some effectivemeasurements have been adopted to treat the porject hidden perils in our pvovi-nce,make use of advanced strengthening tcchniques,and new materials econo-micaliy and reasonably.An obvious effect has been obtained.This has speededup the process of strengthen earth dam and enlarged the economic benefits ofreservoir projects.
