摘要
为提高高原人体劳动能力,研制了以红景天提取物为主,含刺五加、黄芪和丹参的中药复方(920402复方)。在小白鼠减压缺氧(模拟海拔高度10000m)游泳实验中,920402复方组游泳时间明显长于对照组,分别为75.8±4.4和62.6±4.4min,延长约21.1%(P<0.05);920402复方组游泳时间大于60min的存活率明显高于对照组,分别为55.4和36.9%(P<0.05)。在低压舱模拟海拔4500m进行的人体自行车功量计连续递增负荷运动试验中,920402复方组无氧阈明显高于对照组,分别为1.089±0.075和0.904±0.072L/min(O_2),提高约20.5%(P<0.05);运动心率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);完成150W负荷运动的例数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,920402复方在提高高原机体劳动能力方面有明显作用。
n order to
improve human work capacity at aItitude,the effects of acompound of Radix et Rhizoma
Rhodiolae (920402 compound) on exercise per-formance of swimming-mice (survival time,ST)
and men during hypoxiawere investigated. The mice were randomly divided into
test(T)group(receiving 920402 compound) and control(C)group. The animals were for-ced to swim
at a simulated altitude of 10000 m in a hypobaric chamber.Theresults showed that the ST in T
and C groups were 75.8±4.4 min and 62.4±4.4 min respectively(P<0.05).The survival rate of T
group at swimmingtime above 60 min was significantly higher than that of C group (P<0.05).The
anaerobic threshold(AT_(GE))and exercise heart rate (HR) of humansubjects were determined
while pedalling a bicycle ergometer with increasingload at a simulated altitude of 4500m.It was
obversed that AT_(GE) in T andCgroups were 1.089±0.075 and 0.904 ± 0.072 l/min(O_2)
respectively. Themean AT_(GE) value of T group was 20.5%more than that of C group
(P<0.05).The HR of T group was significantly lower than that of C groupduring exercise at
150w(P<0.05).These data indicated that 920402 com-pound might play an important role in
improving the physical performanceof organisms at high aItitude.
