摘要 用新鲜胎儿和新鲜成人标本作墨汁灌注连续切片、冰冻切片碱性磷酸酶染色光镜观察和微血管铸型扫描电镜观察方法研究了人鼻粘膜的微血管构筑.鼻甲粘膜内微动脉吻合形成两级微动脉拱.微静脉吻合形成浅、深静脉丛,下鼻甲粘膜的深静脉丛是由短而卷曲的微静脉吻合而成的致密静脉丛. 在中、下鼻甲粘膜内观察到动一静脉吻合.对粘膜内微血管构筑的机能意义进行了讨论. The microvascular architecture of human nasal mucosa was studied under light microscope andscanning electron microscope. The specimens, made of fresh fetases and adult, were treated with inkinjection, alkaline phosphatase stain, and vascular corrosion cast. The anastomoses of the arteriolesin turhinal mucosa formed two ranks of arteriolar arcades. The venules anastomosed each other,forming superficial and deep venous plexus. The deep venous plexus in the inferior turbinal mucosawere the dense veuous plexus, which were composed of short and swirly venules. Arteriovenousanastomoses were observed in the inferior and middle turbinal mucosae of fetuses. The functionalsignificance of the microvascular architecture in the mucosa was discussed.
