摘要
用电镜技术对20例不同胚龄人胃内APUD细胞进行了研究.发现胚胎第8周在胃内既可见到APUD细胞,具有基底颗粒细胞形态早于以往文献记载.胚胎期胃APUD细胞形态各异,有锥体形,梭形,大多边形及长柱形,位于粘膜上皮及腺上皮细胞间.根据颗粒的形态大小及超微结构特点,将胚胎期几种非典型的APUD细胞称为,前D_1,前D、前EC:L、前EC和前A细胞.胚胎早期细胞数量较少,随胎龄的增长至16~23周多,26周后逐渐减少,提示其在发育中负有重要生理功能.
APUD cells in the stomach of 20 embryos and foetuses of different age are studied withelectron microscopy. The results showed that APUD cells taking the form of basal granules werefound among epithelial cells of the stomach, at the eighth week of embryo and foetus, earlier thanthe time reported in previous literature. APUD cells were of various shapes during the period ofembryo and foetus. APUD cells were scattered in epithelium cells, but were not found in any otherpart of the stomach. According to the shape and size of the secretive granules, APUD cells couldbe divided into five kinds: pre-D1, pre-D, pre-ECl, pre-EC and pre-A cells. Each kindof APUD cells appeared in the 16th week. The number of APUD cells is minimal during the earlyperiod of the embryo and foetus. Following the development of embryos, the number of APUDcells were maximal at the 16th and the 23th week, and they decreased gradually in number at the 26thweek.
