摘要
用植酸与焦磷酸钠、酒石酸做稳定双氧水的对照实验，结果证明，植酸作双氧水的稳定剂效果显著，具有较大的推广应用价值。
Abstract The contrast experiments of phytic acid,sodium pyrophosphate and tartaric acid act asa stabilizator of hydrogen peroxide are ivesti-gated.By comparison,phytic acid is the bestfor stabilization of hydrogen peroxide. So ithas widely use value.
