摘要 为获得采煤机用截齿钎焊接头的优良性能,作者研究了钎焊后热处理工艺参数对钎缝抗剪强度的影响。试验表明,高温区停留时间在保证钎焊时钎料充分熔化的前提下越短越好;冷却速度对接头的强度有较大影响,一般情况下,钎焊后由880℃冷却到200℃的时间应控制在5~20min之间;回火温度在350~450℃之间抗剪强度有低谷区。截齿钎焊采用HL105钎料,配以合适的钎剂能获得较理想的接头性能。 For acquiring good properties of brazed joint of coal cutter,the effect of heat treatment processes on shearing strenth of brazed joint was studied. Results have been show that as the filler metal being fully melted,the duration of brazing at high temperature should be as short as possible. Cooling rate has a greater effect on shearing strength of brazed joint,i. e. in general,after brazing,cooling time from 880℃to 200℃ should be controlled in the range of 5 to 20 minutes, The shearing strength of brazed joint would have a valley if tempering taking place between 450℃ to 350℃. Optimum properties of brazed joint of coal cutter can be obtained with HL105brazing filler metal and suitable flux.
