摘要
本文介绍了用2kW连续式CO2激光器进行齿面淬火的工艺,对激光淬火后齿面硬度及其金相组织做了分析,并与高频淬火齿面做了对比。激光淬火后齿面组织为理想的针状马氏体,齿面硬度高、疲劳强度高。
The laser hardening of tooth face of gear by 2kW continuolls CO2 iaser is introduced. The structures and microhardness of laser-hardened tooth face are analyzed as coinparedwith those of induction-hardened tooth face' The laser hardened structure is acicular martensite. The laser-hardened tooth face has high hardness and high contact fatigue strength.
