摘要
用光学金相、透射电镜和X射线衍射技术对3004铝合金铸轧板均匀化后的组织和织构进行了分析。发现随均匀化温度的升高,MnA1_6析出相尺寸变大,颗粒尺寸在1~3μm之间;用ODF(SpaceorientatfonDistributionFunCtion)分析技术测算了该板材的织构。可明显看出580℃均匀化处理后,保持原有织构,且有向再结晶织构(即{100}<001>织构)转变的趋势;620℃均匀化处理后,部分原有织构得以保留,存在有{100}<001>织构,同时有{l12}<111>向{100}<001>的织构转变。还发现析出相颗粒的形成对织构的转变有一定的抑制作用。
The microstructure and the texture of melt rolling 3004 aluminum alloy slabsubjected to hofnosenization were studied by the use of optical micrcacopo, TEM and X-raydiffractometer. It is found that the size of MnA1_6 precipitates in matrix increases with thehomosenization temperature incrcase and is ranging from 1 to 3pm. The tex ture of the slabwas also determined by means of the space orientation distribution function analysis method.The results show that after homosenization at the temporature of 580℃ the initial texniremaintains and exhibits a tendency to chanse into the recrytallization texture, ie. the {100}<001>. After homogenization at the temperature of 620℃ , there exist the initial textureand recrytallization texture; At the sanie time the {112}<111> texture changes into{100}<001> one. The existence of the precipitates edsbits a retardation effee't on thetexture change.
