摘要
在用有限元法计算大锻件淬火过程温度场的基础上,根据大锻件非等速冷却和温度分布不均匀的特点,采用HildenwallB ̄[1]提出的方法,编制了淬火组织分布的计算机程序,计算了直径不同的35CtMo长圆柱体淬火组织,并对35CrMo钢φ350mm的工件进行了淬火过程温度场及组织分布的测量。
On the basis of fin ite element calculation of the tempersrature field of 35CrMosteel large forging in quenching process , using the methed proposed by Hilden wall R,acomputer program was deSigned to predict the microstructure distribution of large forging inquenching process. The micrcotructurc distributiun of different diameter of 35CrMo steel longcylinder forgings in quenching process was predicted by this program , and an experimentwas earried out to verify it,The computer predicted results of the microstructure distributionare in ged agreement with the experiment results.
