摘要
用扫描电镜和透射电镜原位观测了Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al合金经固溶处理获得亚稳定β相后在拉伸过程中α″相的形成、长大及裂纹的萌生与扩展,以及最终断裂过程.并采用DIC金相方法方便地区分滑移线和α″相.
The in situ tension observations of SEM and TEM were carried out on specimens of a β solution treated Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al alloy with a sharp notch. Following tensile load increase the β→α″phase transformation and a″plate growth was clearly demonstrated.Owing to the SEM specimens were made of rather thin plates so the fracture was purely in ductile shear mode. The crack initiations took place on slip bands and the crack growth followed the re-nucleation and coalescence manner.DIC optical microscopy was used to identify the slip lines and a″plates.
