摘要
采用吸能块滤掉反射拉伸波办法研究了反射拉伸波作用前后16Mn钢焊缝的晶界状态、位错结构以及疲劳性能的变化,结果指出:反射拉伸波引起爆炸处理后16Mn钢焊缝疲劳性能提高程度有所下降的主要原因,是焊缝铁素体位错部分解脱缠结或钉扎所致。
The grain boundary morphology, dislocation structure and fatigue property change of 16Mn steel weld before and after endured with reflected tension shock wave have been investigated by attaching a momentum trap to the welded plate to filter the shock wave.It is believed that the dislocation tangle or pinning extricated partly themselves in ferrite of the weld endured with reflected tension shock wave is main cause of the deterioration of its fatigue properties priorly improved by the explosive treatment of reflected tansion shock wave.(
