摘要
本文运用XRD、TEM及SEM等测试手段,研究了合成洗涤剂助剂4A沸石的工艺条件,并成功地开发了适宜的微观混合技术.结果表明:采用这种微观混合技术可以非常有效地控制洗涤剂用4A沸石的晶型、粒度、粒度分布及钙离子交换能力等一些主要技术指标.
The conditions for synthesis of 4A zeolite which is used as detergent formulations were examined by XRD, TEM and SEM. The appropriate micromixing technique was sucessfully developed. With this investigation,it was conclued that the micromixing technique is very effective in controlling the main properties of 4A zeolite,such as composition of crystal, particle size and calciumion exchange capability.
