摘要
通过对投料比、反应温度、反应压力、催化剂用量等影响因素的系统考察,确定了两步法合成油酸单乙醇酰胺的优化条件.产物的化学分析和IR分析结果表明,纯度较高,酰胺含量>90%.
The influence of mole ratio of oleicacid and ethanolamine, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and amount of catalyst etc. were investigated,the optimum conditions of synthesizing oleic monoethanolamide by two-stage process were established. Results of chemical and IR analysis showed that the purity of the products is higher, the content of the amide is above 90%.
