摘要
试验证明:灭幼脲三号及灭多混剂(灭幼脲三号十多来宝、DT)均能通过米蛾卵壳渗入卵液、对松毛虫赤眼蜂(Trichogramma dendrolimi)发育略有影响,但幼虫尚能发育至蛹期。灭多混剂比灭幼脲三号对赤眼蜂的毒性大、两种药剂的LC_(50)分别是493.73和630.48ppm,均大于林间使用浓度,对寄生于松毛虫卵中的不同发育期赤眼蜂均很安全、对蜂羽化没有影响。在人工卵中,灭幼脲三号浓度达到320ppm时,低龄幼虫尚能生育至老熟幼虫,但浓度为20ppm时,对幼虫化蛹及蛹羽化为成蜂抑制作用较明显,只有19.36%的幼虫能化蛹,当浓度为5ppm时、仅11.91%的蛹能羽化出蜂。
After spraying the solution of 'Dimilin-3' and the DT mixture (Dimilin 3 + Trebon) on the eggs of Corcyra cephlonica, these two insecticides could seep into the eggs and had a little influence on the development of Trichogram na dendro-limi inside the host, but its larvae developed still to prepupal or pupal stage. For T. dendrolimi, the toxicities of the mixture was stronger than 'Dimilin-3.'' The LC50 of them were 493.73 ppm and 630.48 ppm respectively. Under the normal concentration,used in the field, two insecticides may not affect greatly the devel-opment and emergence of T. dendrolimi. The chorion of the eggs of Dendrolimus punctata can prevent effectively the permenance of two insecticides and protect the larvae of T.dendrolimi inside. In the artificial 'eggs', its suppressive effect to earlier stage of parasitoid larvae was not significant. In this case, mature larvae were obtained in the diet with the 'Dimilin-3'' of 320 ppm. But pupation and adult emergence of parasiroid were suppressed more apparently by 'Dimilin-3'.Only 19.36% of the parasitiods pupated in the diet with the'Dimilin-3''. of 20 ppm,and 11.91% of the adult emerged from the diet with 'Dimilin-3' of 5 ppm.
