狭翅雏蝗的呼吸代谢及其种群的呼吸能量消耗 被引量:6

摘要 本文用红外CO2气体分析仪测定了狭翅雏蝗Chorthippus dubius(Zub.)的呼吸代谢,讨论了狭翅雏蝗的呼吸代谢与温度、光暗条件及体重的关系。根据测定结果外推到野外自然种群,估出内蒙古草原三种植物群落中狭翅雏蝗种群的呼吸能量消耗。 espiration rates of Chorthippus dubius(Zub.) were determined by use of aninfrared carbon dioxide analyzer at different temperatures. All 5 nymphal instars andboth sexes of adult were investigated. Results of regression analyses of dry bodyweights vs. oxygen consumption at 10-30ro gave slope values ranging from 0.75 to0.87. Kegression. analyses of oxygen consumption rates par unit of body weightshowed that Krogh's formula could be applied to the nymphs in second or third instarsand Arthenius' equation at the other stages. No statistically significant difference indiurnal and nocturnal respiration rates at the same temperature was observed.According to the regression equations between oxygen consumption and temper-ature, coupled with the observations of population biomass and mean ambient airtemperature, we computed the oxygen consumption by the relative population in thethree plant communities. The Wightman's coefficient of 2.58 was adopted to correctthe population oxygen consumption value, considering the difference of respiration ofthe animal in the laboratory and in the field. An oxycaloric coefficient of 20.22(J./ml) was used to convert the oxygen consumption to calories. This resulted in thepopulation respiration of 4.65KJ in the Aneurolepidium chinente + Stipa grandis +Agropyron michnoi community, 3.99KJ in the Artemisia frigida community and2.33KJ in the Aneurolepidium chinensit community.
