摘要
当今,水土保持已进入新的发展时期,讲效益、讲经济,成了广大农民的热门话。水土流失区的农民群众,迫切指望通过治理水土流失,尽快地改变贫困面貌与经济地位。这一指望能否变成现实,关键在于水土保持措施要有突出的经济效益。首先要充分利用水土资源;第二要积极发展经济林果;第三要大力推广立体种植;第四要建立商品生产基地;第五要充实完善经营体制等。
Nowadays the soil and water conservation work has come into a new stage of development, talking about benefit and economy becomes the popular words of the mass of peasants. The peasants in the soil loss rerion expect urgently to change the poor feature and economic position through the harness of soil loss, the key point that whether it could be realized is that the soil and water conservation measures should produce outstanding benefit in economy. It is suggested to fully utilize the resources of water and soil, to develop economic forest and fruit actively, to popularize the stereoscopic planting greatly, to set base for commodity production and to replenish and perfect the manage systems, etc.
