摘要
以“经济人”假说为出发点，介绍了“寻租理论”的主要内容，指出了寻租活动产生的根源及其对经济发展的危害，并联系我国市场经济体制建设的实际，提出了治理寻租活动的对策，以期我国的改革健康顺利地进行。
Based on the″Economic Men″hypothesis,the auther introduces the main ideas of the Rent─Seeking theory,points out the sources of rent seeking activities and their negative effects on economy.By taking into consideration China's economic realities,the auther proceeds to suggest the way to dealwith rent─seeking activities,for successful reform.
