摘要
为提高熟料率,武钢5号高炉进行了几种进口球团矿的生产试验。结果表明,在武钢条件下,进口球团矿率的合理使用范围为了15～20％,高炉每增加1％的球团矿可增产0.35％,降低焦比0.24％。
In order to increase percentage of agglomerate in burden,the smelting trial with several imported pellets was carried out on No.5 BF at WISCO.The results obtained show that the reasonable imported pellet rate in charge is in range of 15% ~20% in present condition and a pellet rate rise of 1 % raises the output by 0.35%,decreases coke rate by 0.24%.
