摘要
国外炼油技术发展的主要推动力之一是环保法令对汽、柴油日益严格的质量要求.严格的环保法令促进了某些新技术的发展,如在新配方汽油中降低苯和烯烃含量的技术;生产低硫,低芳烃柴油的技术等。同时也促进了现有炼油技术的改进,如流化催化裂化向多产轻质烯烃方向发展;催化重整降低苛刻度和尽量多生产氢气等。对我国的汽、柴油生产技术提出了建议。
One of main impetuses for the development of petroleum processing technologies abroad is the increasingly stringent requirements for the quality of gasoline and diesel oil by environmental protection authorities. The strict environmental protection law has accelerated the development of new technologies, such as the technology for the reduction of benzene and olefins in the reformulated gasoline as well as the technologies for production of taw sulfur and low aromatic diesel oil, etc. While at the same time, the improvement of existing petroleum processing technologies have been promoted, such as maximum light olefins production in FCC, reduction of operation severity and maximization of hydrogen production in catalytic reformer, etc. Technologies for the production of gasoline and diesel oil in China were suggested.
