摘要 通过精密分馏方法,把汽油切割成从低温到高温的8个馏分,从而将汽油中的硫醇分为低级、中级和高级三类。不同脱臭工艺对各类硫醇的脱臭效率表明,Merox液-液法对高级硫醇脱除率较低,而无碱液固定床法与微量碱固定床法能提高对高级硫醇的脱除率,但对低级及中级硫醇的脱除率接近,高级硫醇在所有脱臭汽油的硫醇中均占很大比例,提高汽油脱臭效率的关键是提高对高级硫醇的脱除率。 Gasoline was cut into eight fractions by precision fractionation and the mercaptans in gasoline were divided into three types as low,middle and high-grade ones.The sweetening efficiencies for each grade of mercaptans in gasoline corresponding to various process were compared.The results showed that to the sweetening of high-grade mercaptan,the Merox liquid-liquid process is ineffective,while the causticfree fixed-bed process and the micro-caustic fixed-bed process are more effective.All these processes have high sweetening efficiency to low-grade and middle-grade mercaptans.High-grade mercaptan is the main part of the mercaptan remaining in all sweetened gasolines. The key factor to improve the overall sweetening efficiency is to improve the sweetening efficiency of high-grade mercaptan.
