摘要
采用Ｘ线片颅骨侧位测量结合鼻腔气道阻力和鼻腔有效横断面积测定，对鼻气道阻塞对儿童颌面发育异常的关系进行了研究。证实鼻气道阻塞可明显影响儿童颌面（包括牙齿）的发育并产生某些畸形。颅骨侧位测量发现各项观察指标均发生了不同程度的变化，其中以Ａ－ＮＰ、面高比例（ＦＨｒａｔｉｏ）和切牙间角（ＩｎｔＡｎｇｌｅ）变化尤为显著。强调应重视鼻气道阻塞对儿童颌面发育的影响，加强有关疾病的防治，以使儿童得以健康地发育成长。
In order to study the relationship between the nasal obstruction and abnormal dentofacial morphology in children, the nasal airway resistance,nasal effective cross-sectional area and xoentgenographic cephalometry were investgated.The results suggested that the nasal airway obliteration produced a great impact on pediatric dentofacial growth. Some malformations such as adenoid face and crossbite appeared on nasally obstructed children. Besides,the parameters in lateral cephalometry, particularly,the FH-ratio and A-NP, were widely diffenent from those of normal subjects.In this sense, the pediatric nasal obstruction can not bear any ignorance and must be managed as early as possible.
