摘要
本文概述了女性生殖系统厌氧菌感染的临床特征、细菌学特征、发病机理及治疗。分泌物恶臭和感染灶产生气体是其典型特征。当患有慢性疾病、机体或局部免疫功能低下时可诱发本病；本病与细菌产生的酶、内毒素、外毒素及细菌的荚膜、菌毛有关。本病治疗原则是彻底清创、充分引流及选择有效的抗生素．并提出甲硝哇是治疗本病的首选药物。
It was discussed in this paper the clinical features, bacterial characteristics,pathogenesis and treatment of anaerobic bacterial infections in female reproductive system.The diseases were characterized by foul odor of their secretions and gases in the infectious sites. It results in chronic illnesses, lowsystemic of local immunity. Clinical manifestation of these diseases were related to enzymes,exotoxin and endotoxin produced by the bacteria and the bacterial capsales and pill. General therapeutic principles included thorough wound cleaning,full drainage and effective antibiotics.Flagyl was the first recommended drug to treat these diseases.
