摘要
本文在对传统扩散方程分析的基础上,综合考虑了谷物干燥中水分的蒸发和汽化对扩散过程的影响,并用二维有限元方法进行了理论推导和求解;该模型经实验验证,符合精度要求.
Wheat kernel drying are analysed by applying a model based on traditional diffusion equaion. The model considers diffusion of moisture through vapour and liquid phases. Two dimensional finite element method is presented in wheat drying. The drying model accurately predicted wheat drying.
