摘要
采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分折法(TGA),分析了低温PVA水凝胶中水的状态.结果表明,该水凝胶中所含的水至少是存在三种状态:非冷冻水(non-freezing water),束缚水(bound water)和自由水(free water).发现对于一定浓度的水凝胶,非冷冻水的量几乎是一个常数,而束缚水及自由水的量明显受冷冻条件的影响.
The stare of water in cryo-PVA hydrogel was investigated by differential scanning calorim etry. Determination of the melting enthalpy suggested that there were three different states of water in the hydrogel, i. e. 'non-freezing' , 'bound' and 'free' water. It was also demon-strated by thermogravimetry that the water in the hydrogel evaporated in three steps in the temperature range 340-420K. The amount of non-freezing water was independent on freezing history of the hydrogel.
