摘要
物理洗选早已得到广泛应用,而化学净煤尚在研究开发中。本文采用不同煤阶的煤,用6%NaOH水溶液在100~300℃温度下处理1h,所得碱处理煤样再用5%稀盐酸加热煮沸3Omin,最后经过滤、洗涤和真空烘干得化学净煤,最低A_d为0.19%,净煤收率>90%。考察了温度、碱种类、碱浓度和时间等因素的影响,研究了脱矿物质机理。此外,还研究了碱处理的脱硫作用。
As is Well known,physical beneficiation of coal has been widespread applied while chemical one is under the way. In this paper ,various ranks of coals were treated by 6%NaOH aqueous at l00~300 ℃ for 1 hour. The resulted coal was heated and boiled with 5%hydrochloric acid for 30 minutes. After filtrat-ing,washing and drying , the clean coal was gained. Its lowest ash content was 0.19%and its recovery yield was greater than 90%. The effects of alkali type,alkali concentration , reaction temperature and reaction time on demineralization were in-vestigated. Also the mechanism of demineralization was studied. In addition,the desulfurization of alkali treating was discussed.
