摘要
实验研究了用有机碳酸酯使酚胶树脂结构上的酚羟基酸化的化学改性,以便最大限度地减少酚醛树脂的缩合水。通过树脂改性前后的红外光谱测试结果(IR)和核磁共振氢谱对照,确认改性后树脂结构产生了预期的变化。通过制砖试验,证明该树脂适合作为含CaO耐火材料的结合剂。
Using the organic carbollic eSter,the Phenolic hydroxyl on the structure ot phendic resin has been modifed through etherifjodion rcactfon. The area is to reduce the quantity of condensation water contained wital the rain Structure as much as edible. Cffepeed with the results ot iR and 'HNMR, it is found that through chemical modification,the reSin structure has adnchanged with an expeed way. ac chembo and Phyhal Pfoprties of the resin has also studied. Brick manufacttring ex-yemenIS indicated that this resin can be used as binder for CaO-oontaihing refractories.
