摘要
本研究用反相离子对高效液相色谱法同时测定乳粉中水溶性维生素Vc,VB5,VB1、和VB2·采用YGW-色谱柱。流支相组成MEOH-0.005MIPC-B_7,(35:65V/V,pH3.7,1%HAC-0.3%(CH_3CH_2)_3N缓冲液),流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长254nm,t_R分别是V_c2.44min,VB52.91min,VB14.42min,VB26.13min.样品在室温下,用盐酸进行处理。回收率为:V_c(98.7±7.34)%,,VB5(99·1±5.45)%,VB1(92.4±8.27)%及和VB2(90.9±2.54)%。
Water-soluble vitarnins V_c,VB5,VB1 and VB2 in milk powder were determined by re-versed-phase ion-pair HPLC,YGW-C_18(4.6 × 250 mm l0μm)was used as column. MobilePhase consisted of MeOH-0.005M IPC-B_7(35: 65 v/v,pH3.7(1%HAC-0.3%(CH_3CH_2)3Nbuffer, flow rate 1.0 ml/min. UV absorotion was measured at 254 nm. The retentiontime was V_c 2.44’,VB5 2.91’,VB1 4. 42’,and VB2 6.13’,respectively. Samples were preparedwith HCL at room temperature. The sample recovery was as follow ; V_c(98.7±7.34)%。VB5(99.1±5.45)%,VB1(92.4±8.27)%and VB2 (90.9±2.54)%
