摘要
在酸性条件下,硒(Ⅳ)能催化氯酸钾氧化二甲基黄使之褪,含硒(Ⅳ)量与,A分别为非催化反应和催化反应溶液的吸光度)在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,以此为攒示反应建立了一种新的测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)的催化动力学光度分析法。本法具有灵敏度高、专属性强、无须分离富集、操作简便等特点,其含硒(Ⅳ)量的线性范因为2~200ng,mL ̄-1。
he selenium(w)can catalyze oxidization of the dimethyl yellow by potassiumchlorate on acidic condition. The result is to fade dimethyl yellow. The content of selenium(Ⅳ)and lg shows good linear relationship on the definite range (A_o-absorbance of the solution.of nou-catalytic reaction,A-absorbance. of the:solutiom of catalytic reaction). Byusing this as an indecator reaction,a new catalytic kenitic spectrophotometric determinationof trace selenium(Ⅳ)was established.The method possesses the characteristics of highsensitivity,strong selectivity,unnecessary separation and enrchment,and convenient conve-nient operation,linear range of the selenium(Ⅳ)content is within 2~200 ng·mL ̄-1.
