摘要
本文探讨了苦竹重组材加工过程中竹材的软化工艺条件对竹材力学性能、pH值、自由基含量、显微构造及纤维素结晶度的影响,同时比较了采用不同软化工艺条件压制的重组竹的物理力学性能。结果表明,碱液软化工艺可使竹材细胞间层产生明显分离,有利于竹材的疏解,但过高的碱性又会显著影响苦竹自身物理化学性能和重组竹的物理力学特性。采用3%的NaOH(或Na_2CO_3)溶液沸煮竹材2~3h,可以获得较佳的软化效果。
This paper deals with an influence of bamboo-softening variables on the mechanical properties, the pH values, the free radical content and the relative cellulose crystallinity of bamboo itself,and on the physico-mechanical properties of Reconsolidated Bamboo. The testing results showed thatNaOH treatment for the softening process of bamboo made the intercellular layers of bamboo cells apart, which was helpful to bamboo scrimming, but affected the physico-chemical properties of bambooitself and Reconsolidated Bamboo. The optimum bamboo-softening process is to boil the bamboo for 2to 3 hours with a solution of 3% NaOH.
