摘要
应用一般环境背景值研究方法调研了上海地区青菜、芹菜、甘蓝、花椰菜、番茄、甜椒、黄瓜、茄子、土豆、刀(菜)豆、大白菜、茭白、洋葱和蒜头等14种蔬菜,镉、锌、铜、铅、镍、汞、铬和砷的背景水平。14种蔬菜重金属背景含量顺序以毫克/千克鲜重计为:zn1—5;Cu0.2—2;Ni0.05—0.5;Pb0.01—0.3;Cr0.02—0.21AsND—0.05;cd0.001—0.03;HgND—0.005。不同种类蔬菜重金属背景含量有很大差别。并把结果与现行食品卫生标准及参考标准作了比较。
Abstract With manifold analytical methods,contents of Cd,Zn,Cu,pb,Ni,Cr,Hg and As in Chinese cabbage,celery,cabbage,cauliflower,tomato,round chilti,cucumber,eggplant,potato,pakchoi, green bean,waterbamboo,garlic and onion in Shanghai region were determined.Thesamples of vegetables are all restricted within the no special polluted areafar from factories.The background level ranges of 8 metal elements in l4regetables are as follows (fresh weight,mg/kg):Zn 1 5, Cu 0·2 2,Ni0.05 0.5,pb 0.01 0.03,Cr 0.02 0.2,As ND 0.05,Cd 0.001 0.03,HgND 0.005.There are significant difference among the different kinds ofvegetables in the elements background content.Contents of Cd,Hg and Asin vegetables studied are 2 57%,4 30%and 1 10%separately thoseof national food sanitation standard.
