摘要
用高速摄影法对2种日本旋耕刀的三维抛土特性进行了实验研究,建立了基于1台高速摄影机的摄影图像分析土块三维运动的判读方法。提出了旋耕机整机抛土模式。指出了提高旋耕机翻土性能的局限性和降低旋耕功耗的途径。
Studies on the 3-dimensional soil-throwing property of the two kinds of the Japanese ro-tary blades with high-speed photography were performed, and the picture-reading-analyzingmethod was established to analyze the motion of the thrown soil with the photography. Ac-cording to the test results, the soil-throwing pattern of the rotary tiller was suggested, andthe limitation of the soil-overturning property of the rotary tiller was pointed out. Also,theway to save tilling energy consumption of the tiller was pointed out.
