摘要 经分析指出,当使用压缩空气作介质、采用传统方法测量水泵水封的漏气量时,存在着检测时间长和精度低等问题。介绍了一种利用差压法测定水泵水封漏气量的测试系统。该系统能进行水泵水封的静态和动态密封性试验,并同时获得其密封特性曲线,且使检测效率和检测精度明显提高。 A traditional method to examine air leakage of a water pump seal by using compressed air as the medium has the short-comings of long measuring time and low precision,it is analysed and pointed out by the authors In this paper a measuring and inspecting system for examining air leakage of water seal by means of the differential-pressure method is presented. The static and dynamic tightness tests of water seal can be performed and the tightness characteristic curves can be simultaneously provided by the systen. Thus the inspecting and measuring efficiency and precision are evidently improved.
