根据汽车前轴的结构形状,分析了它的辊锻工艺难点,确定了辊锻道次。辊锻型槽包括终成型型槽、预成型型槽和制坯辊银型相,并探讨了各道欢型槽纵向周期的吻合问题。计算了前沿量,分析了前沿量对锻件长度的影响。主要工艺流程为:下料、加热、成型辊银、局部整形、切边、弯曲、整体热校正。
This paper analyses the difficult points in roii forging processes acording to theconstructional shapes of automotive front axles,then determines the roll forging dies holes. Rollforging dies cavity includes final forming hole,preforming hole and blanking ho1e. The paper alsodescribes how to match each die hole in the same tact time in longitudinal direction and calculationof the amount of metal now,then studies the effect of the amout of meta1 flow upon the length offorgings. In general the major roll forging processes consisted of blanking,heating,roll forming,lo-cally sizing,side cutting,bending and integrally hot correcting.
