摘要
应用TOPCON裂隙灯显微镜及其Mishima-Hedbys校准装置行晶体定位摄影术,用QUANTIMET970型图像分析仪测量晶体平均光密度,建立了无损伤性白内障定量检查方法。为了检测该方法的准确度,随机对57眼进行了同一眼重复两次照相的晶体平均光密度测量,两次光密度测定值分别为0.06420±0.05611和0.06694±0.05349,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示此种无损伤性白内障定量检查法的误差极小,有助于对白内障非手术疗法进行深入研究。对该法的原理及提高其灵敏度的条件进行了重点探讨。
A non-traumatic method for the quantitative examination of cataract was established by using the Topcon photoslitlamp microscope and its Mishima-Hedbys pachometer for lens localization photography and the Cambridge Quantimet 970 image analysis instrument for the determination of the average optical density of lens. In order to verify the accuracy of this method, two photographs were taken of each of 57 eyes. No significant difference was found between the optical densities revealed by the two photographs (0.06420±0.05611 and 0.06694±0.05349)(P>0.05).This result indicates that the error of this method is minimal and that the method is helpful to clinical reaearch on the non-operative therapy of cataract. The principles of the method and the conditions for increasing its accuracy are discussed.
