摘要
本文介绍了中频感应加热提拉法生长Nd:YAG晶体所需要的设备、仪器与工艺条件。通过对生长装置的温度分布的研究,确定了生长Φ40~45mmNd:YAG晶体的温场。在此温场条件下,较好地生长出Φ40~45mmNd:YAG晶体,晶体的成炉率为86.5%,加工成的激光棒成品率为85%,其中Φ3~6.5mm系列的优级品率21%;Φ7~12mm系列的优级品率15%。在我国率先建立了Φ3~12mmNd:YAG激光棒系列,该系列产品在许多军工和民用项目上得到了良好的应用。
In the paper the growth equipmen, instruments and technical conditions for growing greater size Nd:YAG crystal by mid-frequency inductively heating and pulling method are introduced.The temperature field for growing Φ40~45mm Nd:YAG crystal was found by studying temperature distribution of crystal growth units. On the condition of this temperature field , the Nd:YAG crystals with 40-45mm in diameter were grown successfully,and radio of crystal growth success is 86%. The ratio of successfully fabricated laser rods is 85%, including 21% high-quality reds with size of 3~6.5mm in diameter,15% high-quality rods with size of 7~12mm in diameter,and serial products of laser rods with size of Φ3~12 mm were supplyed firstly on the domestic market.
