摘要
论文对低温电解渗硫和硫氰共渗等表面处理方法获得的FeS层从其特殊结构、摩擦过程中硫化物的分解、扩散、迁移或转移等方面对FeS的减摩耐磨作用机理进行了阐述。指出FeS层优良的减摩、抗咬死和耐磨特性得益于上述各方面的综合作用。
The anti-friction and wear resistance mechanisms of FeS layer low temperature sulphurized and cyanosulphurized was set forth in this paper, on the basis of its special structure and the resolution, diffusion, remove or transfer of sulphide during the friction test.The outstanding tribological behaviour of FeS layer is due to the overall effect of each mechanism above stated,
