摘要
本文针对我国事业单位职工工资水平低于企业工资水平这一问题,从市场经济条件下工资机制的运行和国际惯例等方面论述了决定我国事业单位工资水平的依据。
In the view of the problem that the wage level of institutions in the country is lower than that of the enterprises,this paper discusses the decisive basis of the wage level of institutions in the respect of the operation of wage mehanism and international practice under the market economic circumstances.
