摘要
作者选择了在华北地区具有广泛代表性的非耕作的亚高山草甸土、山地草甸土、山地棕壤、淋溶褐上、山地褐上、石灰性褐土计二十五个样本作为研究对象,进行了三种土壤磷酸酶活性及多项土壤农化性状的测定,并对上述各类土壤三种磷酸酶的剖面层次性与分布状况及其垂直地带性分布规律、以及与土壤有关农化性状的相关性进行了探讨。初步认为:在非耕作的五台山土壤垂直带谱中,三种磷酸酶均有所存在,并与土壤有机质,全氮含量呈显著正相关。表明了磷酸酶是一种以稳定形式存在于土壤之中的酶类,不同类型的土壤有其不同的分布规律。
In the paper subalpine meadow soil, mountain meadow soil mountain brown earth, leaching cinnamon soil, mountain cinnamon soil and calcareous cinnamon soil, which have wide representation on Huabei Region and Qing-Jing plateau, were studied on noncultivated and natural state. Six point of profile or twenty five samples have been gained. We analyzed three kind of soil phosphatase activities and several agrochemical soil characters to probe into the gradation and the distribution of Soil profile and rule of vertical zonality distribution of three soil phosphatase in these soil, the correlation between three kind soil phosphatase and relevant agrochemical soil characters. This results showed that there were three soil phosphatase in noncaltivated and natural zonality soil, which had striking positive correlation with soil organic matter and total N. This indicated that soil phosphatase exist in soil by a stable form. Soil phosphatases had different the rule of distribution.
