激素在猴头菌丝体碳源利用过程中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 在猴头(HericiumerinaceusBull:Frpers)菌丝体发菌后,作者采用最适浓度和剂量的GA和2.4—D喷施于猴头菌丝体上,经对猴头生长发育情况观察和纤维素酶、多酚氧化酶活性的测定表明;GA和2.4-D处理与对照组相比,菌丝体生长速度加快,猴头生长周期缩短,生物效率提高,纤维素酶和多酚氧体酶的活性比对照组均有明显提高。证明了激素能通过提高菌丝体酶的活性而促进碳供应和糖的吸收利用。同时证明了,菌丝体在生长过程中,碳源是以先利用培养料中的纤维素为主。后利用木质素。 The optimum concentrations and doses of GA and 2. 4-D were used to spray on the hyphostroma of hedgehog hydnum after hypha grew from hyphostroma. The growth and development of hedgehog hydnum were observed, and the cellulase and polyphenol oxidase were determined. The results showed that both GA and 2. 4-D promoted the growth of hypha, shortened the cycle of growth, increased the yield of hedgehog hydnum and activities of collulase and polyphenol oxidase, as compared with those of control. It proved that hormone promoted carbon source supply, utilization and assimination of sugar by the activities of hyphostroma enzymes. It also proved that hyphostroma first utilized cellulose, then lignin of culture material in the course of hypha growth.
