摘要
用单一稀土镧、铈、镨拌种玉米,研究了三种稀土对第8、11、14、17天苗龄玉米的根、茎过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的影响。结果表明:三种稀土处理的同工酶酶带在不同苗龄,不同部位都有所增加和活性加强。镧、铈处理主要使中,快带区的酶带增加和增强,结果显示较早,而镨处理作用较为迟缓,且使快、中、慢带区的酶带都有所增加和增强。
Abstract The three rare-earth elements(La,Cd,Pr)were used to dress Maize seeds.We studied the effects of three rare-earth elements on peroxidase isozyme in roots and stems of Maize seedling at 8,11,14,17 days respectively.The results showed that the number and activity of isozyme in all treatments were increased at the middle and fast regions in isozyme component bands.And those of Pr treatment was increased at all of regions.Isozyme component bands varied with the different treatments in order to time component bands in La,Ce treatments appeared earlier than that of Pr treatment.
