摘要
以幼叶为材料,采用酸解压片法,对原产陕西的桑属植物及从国内外引进的部分桑品种染色体的倍数性进行了观察,在130份材料中,有二倍体86份,三倍体20份,四倍体4份,六倍体19份和单体1份。并提出混倍体的无性分离是产生天然多倍体特别是天然三倍体的又一重要途径。
The chromosome ploidy of the Morus plants originating in Shaanxi as well as of some mulberry varieties introduced from domestic and foreign units were investigated with the yot1ng leaves as materials by the method of acidolysis slide prepartion. Out of the 130 samples, there were 86 diploids, 20 triploids ,4tetraploids, 19 hexaploids and 1 monoploid. It was proposed that asexual segregation of mixoploid is another big probabilty of origination of polyploids,especially of natural triploid.
