相转移催化法合成聚丙烯腈

摘要 相转移催化法用于自由基聚合反应的研究尚处待开发阶段。本文探讨了催化剂的种类和用量、溶剂的极性以及反应温度对丙烯腈自由基聚合反应过程的影响。结果表明:用量相当于单体0.1%左右的季铵盐类相转移催化剂对聚合反应速率均有明显的催化效果,并以链烷基最长的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵效果最好;溶剂的极性越小,引发效率越高,反应速率也越高;温度以45~50℃为宜;聚合产物的分子量可以达到2.0×10~5。 Research on eatalysis of phase transition for free-radical polymerization is still under development. This paper discusses the effect of sorts and amount of catalysts, solvent polarity and reaction temperature on the process of acrylonitrile free radical polymerization, The results show that the amount of quaternary ammonium salt its equal to about 0,1% of monomer, phase transition, catalysts has obvious catalytic effect on polymerization, and the effect of the longest hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide is the best, the lower the Solvent polarity is, the higher the initiation efficiency, and also the reaction rate. The favorite temperature is 45~50℃. The molecular weight of polymerization products can reach 2.0×10~5.
