摘要
针对合成革生产中常发生的PVC增塑糊粘度过高的问题,本文研究了各类聚醚对PVC糊的减粘性能和机理。共合成了十几种聚醚类非离子表面活性剂,分别按不同比例与PVC糊充分混合,测定了各类聚醚对PVC糊粘度及粘度~时间效应的影响,找出了减粘效果相当于国外同类产品水平的聚醚品种。还分别测试和讨论了聚醚亲水链、亲油基团及HLB值对减粘效果的影响。并通过减粘机理的假设和试验认为,聚醚影响PVC糊粘度的主要原因是由于聚醚的加入改变了PVC粒子界面层的性能和结构所致。
The influence of polyether non-ionic surfactant to the viscosity of PVC paste was studied. More than 10 kinds of polyethers were polymerized and each was mixed completely with PVC paste at different ratio. The viscosity of this mixtures were measured. The effect of hydrophilic chain, hydrophobic chain and HLB value of polyether tothe viscosity reducing effect were also tested and discussed. The effect of polyether to plasticizers was studied. The main reason for viscosity reducing of PVC paste was suggested in this paper.
