影响大型转子钢锭合格率和利用率的关键因素是夹杂物及大型钢锭底部的夹杂物沉积锥区的面积。由于采用了现代冶金新技术后解决了上述问题，从而大大地提高了钢锭的合格率和利用率。
The key factors effecting upon the yield and utilization ratio of the heavyrotor ingot are inclusions, especially the inclusion presipitation cone area in the bottom ofingot. The yield and utilization ratio of steel ingot has greatly increased by modern motallurgicl techniques.
