摘要
本文主要对圆筒混合机内混合料的运动状态及不同充填率、转速和制粒时间下的制粒效果进行了研究。结果表明,混合料在圆筒内的滑动、滚动及泻落三种运动状态中,以靠近泻落区的滚动区制料效果最好:影响混合料制粒效果的主要作业参数充填率、弗劳德准数和制粒时间有一最佳值。
Abstract This paper gives an investigation on particle movement state in drum mixer and granulating efficiency at a various filling ratio.drum speed and granulating time during the granulation of sinter raw mixture. The results shown that the particle movement state of raw mixture may be divided into slip.rolling and cataract motion. and the optimum granulating condition is in the region of rolling motion zone colsed to cataract motion zone. There are optimum values of fililng ratio, Froude number and granulating time as the main operation parameters effecting on the granulating efficiency.
