利用低温诱导松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育技术研究 被引量:22

摘要 通过恒低温和昼夜变温以及不同诱导始期诱导松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育观察证明,人工可以成功地利用恒低温诱导松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育.赤眼蜂滞育虫态为予蛹.松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育适宜温度为10~13℃.引起赤眼蜂滞育是卵至于蛹期连续诱导效应,其中予蛹前期为滞育敏感期.滞育适宜诱导始期为卵期,滞育诱导历或为30~40d,引起赤眼蜂的滞育率为65.8%~86.1%以上.昼夜温度的变化对诱导松毛虫赤眼蜂滞育无明显促进作用,其诱导滞育率与恒温诱导无明显差异.利用恒低温诱导赤眼蜂滞育方法简单,是人工诱导赤眼蜂滞育的好方法。 Experiment with constant low temperature and alternating temperature at the different inducing initial periods is conducted to induce Trichogramma dendrolimi into diapause stage. The results showed that constant temperature played a major role in the induction of diapause of the species and, suitable inducing constant temperature range form 10 to 13℃ Earlier prepupal stage was the most sensitive period to respond to inducing stimuli for diapause. Initial stage for induction of the species was egg stage, and inducing periods last 30 to 40 days. Response of the species to the stimuli was a continual process from egg stage to prepupal stage. 65.8-86.1 percent of diapause rate was obtained from this method.No significant effect on the induction of diapause for day/night alternating temperature was observed.
